Hillcrest Nursery aims to recruit and retain high calibre, dedicated, warm and friendly staff who like to play and have fun.

Staff are relevantly qualified and experienced in the area of Childcare and Education.

We are committed to providing a supportive and progressive environment for staff where on-going training and development needs may be met.

Children may spend many hours in Nursery every day so it is important that we make this time stimulating, interesting and exhilarating but above all else safe and secure.

Health and Safety is paramount in the Nursery and rigorous safety checks take place daily.

On entering the Nursery all new staff receive training in First Aid for Young Children.

Our Keyworker system allows staff to keep a vigilant eye on the small group of children they are personally responsible for.

Working with young children is very satisfying but also very demanding. We believe we have got the balance right with a staff who are committed to doing their very best at all times in everything they do.
